Created by an Emergency RN with 16+ years of experience, the innovation targets a critical gap: the emotional and practical support nurses need after formal orientation ends.
The pilot combines:
- Reflective shift journals that help nurses process experiences and build confidence
- Optional AI-powered mentorship, offering real-time support when a nurse connection isn’t available.
- Access to expert nurse mentorship that is neutral ground from the nurse’s home environment, allowing for a more in-depth and open conversation about potential reasons for transition issues.
