Hi, I’m Jenn.
I’m an emergency nurse with 18 years of experience and a passion for supporting the people who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary nurses whose compassion, skill, and dedication inspire me every day.
I have also witnessed the challenges that can make nursing feel overwhelming, especially when the demands of the profession outweigh the support available.
Those experiences have shaped my belief that nurses need more than clinical knowledge to build fulfilling, sustainable careers.
They need encouragement, opportunities for reflection, meaningful connections, and the reassurance that they do not have to navigate every challenge alone.
Through Nurse Jenn, I am bringing together my clinical experience and passion for nursing advocacy to explore practical ways to strengthen nurse confidence, well being, and professional connection.
My mission is simple: help nurses feel supported enough to stay, confident enough to grow, and empowered enough to thrive.

NurseAssure is a frontline-informed initiative designed to support early-career nurses during their most vulnerable years in practice. Created by an Emergency RN with 18+ years of experience, the innovation targets a critical gap: the emotional and practical support nurses need after formal orientation ends.
The pilot combines:
- Reflective shift journals that help nurses process experiences and build confidence
- Optional AI-powered mentorship, offering real-time support when a nurse connection isn’t available.
- Access to expert nurse mentorship in a neutral setting, away from the nurse’s home environment, allowing for a more in-depth, open conversation about potential reasons for transition issues.
